After 28 years of service in the district and 33 total years of service as an educator, Mrs. Boer will be retiring at the end of this school year. This notice is made pursuant to Education Code sections 49068 and 49076. You have the right to receive a copy of the records and a hearing to challenge the content of the records. The Modesto City Schools will only use the records for legitimate educational purposes. If Modesto City Schools receives notice that your child will not be matriculating to a Modesto City Schools high school, it will promptly and securely destroy any and all of your student’s records within its possession. This deadline applies to both new and returning applicants. Late IAP applications submitted after the deadline will be considered after all applications that were received before the deadline.
